ONBOARDING
We do the heavy lifting to get you onto the platform, so you can concentrate on running your family business.
We have an established process of getting you onto and using the platform over the course of several weeks to ensure you meet your business' goals.
Our customer success team starts off with a Kick Off meeting once contracts are signed, and from there, we begin your data and document upload process, we get you comfortable using the platform, and ensure the platform is set up to match your daily processes. We finish the onboarding with our "Project Complete" meeting, where we tick off our checklist to ensure you have everything you need to use the platform going forward.

Step 02
CSM Introduced and Onboarding Kick-off
Our Customer Success Manager hosts a 1-hour call to clarify your business goals for using the platform and gives you your log-in details (including Username and 2FA). They will create the initial users and business entities inside the platform, and show you how to customise your reports.
Step 03
Data Upload and Bank Account Integrations
Over the course of a few weeks, our team will begin uploading your asset information and documents to the platform. We run weekly check-ins with you to share how the upload is going, request any missing data, answer any questions, and, importantly to begin the handover of using the platform.
Step 04
'Project Completed' Meeting
Once the data upload is finished, we host a 1-hour meeting to share your finished platform that is now ready to use. We will run through what has been uploaded into the platform, the guidance on using it day-to-day, and we will set up a regular cadence with you going forward.
Step 05
Adoption Phase
We will meet every 1-3 months for check-ins on using the platform, and every year going forward to align on your business goals and ensure we are meeting the objectives we set out to achieve.
