We have an established process designed to ensure that onboarding targets are met in the most efficient way possible and that your business goals are realised.
Your customer success specialist starts the process with an Implementation Strategy Session where we begin the data and document upload process, familiarise you with the functionality and ensure the set-up matches your daily processes. We finish the onboarding with our Project Complete meeting, where we tick off our checklist to ensure you have everything you need to use the platform going forward.

We define the implementation strategy best suited to your requirements and provide you with user access credentials (including Username and 2FA).

Data Upload
Through weekly onboarding progress reviews, we help you to hit your onboarding goals in the most efficient way possible and set you up for future success.
Step 04
Project Complete Meeting
Once the data upload is finished, we host a meeting to ensure that you are in the best position to implement 1fs into your daily operations.

Adoption Phase
Regular check-ins are scheduled to keep you updated of the latest platform upgrades and help you achieve your business goals.
